Therapy with me is a little different…

It’s not like the traditional talk therapy you may have experienced or seen on TV.

Yes, we’ll talk, reflect, and shoot the shit. But we’ll ALSO dig deep using experiential, evidence-based interventions, incorporating exercises that teach you to go deep and learn to trust the wisdom of your body and brain.

It might feel odd at first, but we’ll get through those awkward moments together with encouragement, humor, and the occasional f-bomb; because, well, frankly… life can be a f*cking rollercoaster.

The payoff is priceless.

You’ll get to know your emotions, needs, and inner child on a profound level.

Instead of letting your emotions and unconscious habits dictate your day, you’ll be able to get back in the driver’s seat of your life.

We’ll start with a free consultation…

It’s a 20-minute video call to see if we’re a good fit. It’s like a virtual coffee date to chat, get to know each other, and see if we’re a good match for your transformative experience. Essentially, it’s a vibe check.

Your first session…

We’ll start with an extended 90-minute intake session to get to know each other further, go over clinical boundaries, and answer any questions you might have. You’ll be guided through a gentle exploration of your past, present, and hopes for the future. This is when we’ll identify treatment goals and create a blueprint for our work together. The cost is $350.

Ongoing sessions…

We’ll meet weekly 60 or 90-minute sessions. The extended time offers benefits you don’t get in a standard 50-minute session, like deeper processing, continuous flow, comprehensive treatment, reduced transition time, and enhanced continuity. These advantages allow for more focused attention, thorough exploration, and a smoother therapeutic experience. This can lead to faster relief from symptoms and a shorter overall duration of therapy. The cost is $200 per 60 minute session and $300 per 90 minute session.

There will be ups and downs, but I’ll support you through it all.
